Product Description
The material of PE water supply pipes is PE (polyethylene) resin, which is polymerized from monomer ethylene. Due to different polymerization reaction conditions such as pressure and temperature during polymerization, different densities of resins can be obtained, resulting in high-density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, and low-density polyethylene. PE water supply pipes have a series of advantages such as high toughness, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, stable interface, lightweight and easy construction, and are widely used in the field of water supply pipe manufacturing. In addition to using traditional excavation methods for construction, non excavation techniques can also be used for construction. The service life of polyethylene pipes is over 50 years, which has been confirmed not only by international standards and some advanced foreign standards, but also by practice.

Note: The HDPE pipe wall thickness is base on the GB/T 13663.2-2018 standard,there will be little different if produce accroding to EN/ISO/AS/NZS standard. |
2. Polyethylene pipes must be connected using PE pipes and fittings of identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to commencing the connection, conduct a thorough test to confirm that the quality meets the required standards.
3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure that the pipe ends are pristine. Temporarily seal the pipe openings at the end of each work session. Immediately inspect the interface upon completing the connection.
5. Follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as outlined by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these periods, it is crucial not to move or apply pressure to the connecting parts.
6. Post-connection, it is essential to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes. Perform this test within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, clear out any air, and then check for water tightness.
7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be deemed operational after successfully passing the final acceptance inspection.

What is your delivery time?
For small quantities, we utilize international couriers (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or air freight, ensuring you receive the goods within 3-5 days post-dispatch. For larger orders, we ship by sea, and the delivery time varies from days to weeks, depending on your destination port.
Can you provide samples?
Absolutely, samples are available. For standard products, samples are complimentary; you only need to cover the shipping costs. For high-value items, both the product cost and shipping are required. However, once we establish a solid partnership or if you become a VIP customer, complimentary samples will be provided.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we provide customized OEM services tailored to your specifications, including LOGO and packaging.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T or L/C at sight. For T/T, a 30% advance payment is required, with the balance due before shipment or via L/C.
